Why I’m Running

I’m running for MLA because I know I can make a difference.

For more than 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving my community, as a firefighter, a leader, an advocate, and a lifelong resident of North Delta. Along the way, I’ve sat across the table from ministers, government officials, employers, workers, and community leaders, advocating for changes that directly affect British Columbians.

That experience has taught me something important: progress happens when you listen, build relationships, bring good evidence to the table, and find practical solutions.

I’m running for MLA to support working people and their families.

Workers built North Delta, but too many are putting in longer hours just to keep up with rising costs. I’m running to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with labour; fighting for fair wages benefits, safe workplaces, and strong unions. From protecting workers' rights to building affordable housing and lowering household bills, my commitment is clear: when working people succeed, our whole community thrives.

I’m running for MLA because I want to bring my advocacy experience to Victoria .

I want to be a strong voice for the people and communities I know—someone who understands the pressures facing working families, the importance of reliable public services, the need for safer workplaces, and the importance of creating opportunity for the next generation.

I’ve spent my career advocating for working people, solving problems, and bringing people together. I’m ready to take that work to the next level and put my experience to work for the people of North Delta.
